This listing is for the standard edition Blu-ray/DVD combo. The limited edition slipcover (designed by Earl Kessler Jr.) was limited to 2,000 units and is sold out. The two versions are identical, aside from the slipcover.

The second hardcore directorial effort from exploitation filmmaker Roger Watkins, THE PINK LADIES follows the lives and fantasies of four Long Island housewives...and their husbands...and their lovers. As fantasy and reality collide, THE PINK LADIES are whisked into an ever stranger sensual dreamworld where secret desires, and secret lovers, intermix, leading to surprise revelations for all.

Mixing light comedy with touches of low key surrealism, director Roger Watkins weaves a sensual tableau that simultaneously satirizes suburban sexual mores while exploring the hidden pleasures that even the most seemingly chaste housewives and businessmen can't help but enjoy. With an all star cast of Samantha Fox (Her Name Was Lisa), Robin Byrd (The Robin Byrd Show), Christine DeShaffer (Fantasm Comes Again), Kandi Barbour (Ultra Flesh), Robert Kerman (Cannibal Holocaust) and Vanessa Del Rio (The Dancers), Vinegar Syndrome brings this under-seen X rated rarity to Blu-ray, newly restored in 2k from its original camera negative and fully uncut.

Reviews

More Roger Watkins!

"Beautiful picture and sound in this classic Roger Watkins joint. Not quite the heights of Corruption but plenty of fun to be had and some brilliant and fun performances. Great flick."

Ben C. (4/5)

Good blind buy

"Some fun moments. Not the best or most memorable plot, but a fun enough time that it’s worth the blind buy. Thanks for the subtitles!"

Summer S. (5/5)

The Pink Ladies

"fun movie! loved the cast"

Dmytro L. (5/5)

Sexy and fun porn

"Pretty sexy movie with a gorgeous transfer and a wonderful set of extras. Its a pretty lighthearted romp and can be enjoyed without too many messed up abusive things that some porn from this era has."

Sam B. (5/5)

Bright and colourful and a little silly

"Light comedy and low key surrealism sometimes works in a film's favour but here it just doesn't work for me with the familiar loose structure of a series of fantasies. The quality of the transfer is fantastic though."

Ian G. (3/5)

Everybody's sweatin' but it ain't to the oldies

"A quality skin flick that takes on more of a typical feature film premise of the dissatisfaction of the "upper" class. I wouldn't go so far as to say the movie explores the subject at great depth -- I mean, why would it? That's not its purpose. What it does do is use that element to create some fun and erotic sequences."

Preston C. (3/5)

A lot of fun

"I really enjoyed it. The transfer looked great. Hate I missed the slip!"

Jonathan M. (5/5)

Catalogue No. VS-286

"Out of the three hardcore films by director Roger Watkins (Last House on Dead End Street), which have been released by VS, "Pink Ladies" is my least favorite. It lacks the serious, nasty tone of Corruption and Lisa, but there's still some great surrealism. The cast once again Samantha Fox (Her name was Lisa), busty goddess Vanessa del Rio and the one and only R. Bola (aka Robert Kerman, Cannibal Holocaust). The transfer looks great and extras are nice, including another featurette with Watkins expert/friend Art Ettinger of Ultraviolence Magazine."

Dominik F. (4/5)

Yummy ladies!

"Pink ladies is a fun one for sure!"

Kyle L. (5/5)

Robin Byrd, You Say?

"First time seeing her outside of her late-night cable access TV show, so that was fun. Also, the amazing Vanessa del Rio is in it making it a must own."
