Indifferent 80s effort

"Rock solidly average stuff that only really comes to life whenever Veronica Hart or Georgina Spelvin are on screen - the former acts the socks off of everyone around her in her scenes. Unfortunately the characters of Eric Edwards and (especially) Robert Kerman come across as total arseholes, the latter insisting on putting on an italian accent to fool his young photogenic models into believing he's a bigshot italian director. This gets old very fast, and isn't really redeemed by Spelvin giving him some mild comeuppance late in the film. Still, Hart's lesbian scene with Jesie St James is a thing of wonder, the final orgy scene orchestrated by Spelvin's rich swinger is fun, Lily Rogers' ageplay scene with Edwards is smoking, and the cast generally is excellent, including Arcadia Lake, who gets a sincere, hot, and food-sexy scene with then-husband Eric Edwards, and Tigr and Nicole Black as dancers. But the overall effect is pretty generic."

"Here me out - this is probably the best adult film in the whole VS/Mélusine catalogue! The performances are magnificent and come from some of the greatest actors in the industry. Together with "Wanda whips Wall Street" this movie made me fall in love with Veronica Hart. I know there are golden age actresses who were prettier or had fitter bodies, but she is such a strong character actress and downright sexy in every way. Gary Graver's direction is sooooo good and the balance between plot and sex scenes is perfect. The picture quality is very good. Unfortunately there are no Special features, except for the trailer."
