PEEKARAMA presents the wildest, rarest, and most scandalous theatrical hardcore double features. Taking its name from one of the earliest "all action" sex theatre chains, each PEEKARAMA release presents two themed, full length feature films, both meticulously restored, thus giving you the opportunity to enjoy an old fashioned dirty movie double feature at home!

Prior to becoming one of the most influential independent filmmakers of the 1980s, Bill Lustig (Maniac Cop, Vigilante) cut his teeth working within New York City's busy world of adult film. Lustig's first two features, under his moniker of Billy Bagg, are represented in this set of two very different X-rated oddities: VIOLATION OF CLAUDIA (1977) showcases the incredible Sharon Mitchell (Joy, Kamikaze Hearts), a beautiful and wealthy housewife who, bored by her inattentive husband, enters the seedy, bizarre world of prostitution via her manipulative tennis coach Jamie Gillis (Roommates). Also starring Crystal Sync (A Woman's Torment), and New York character actor David Lipman aka "Waldo Short" (The Executioner, TV's Law & Order) as a senator with a dessert fetish.

In HOT HONEY (1978), the titular teenager played by Heather Young (Deep Inside Annie Sprinkle) refuses her boyfriend’s non-stop advances, preferring to spend her time with her wheelchair-bound brother Michael. But through a series of unexpected events, Honey experiences a sexual awakening, transforming from wallflower to vixen and wickedly seducing men and women alike! Co-starring Serena (Taxi Girls), Herschel Savage (Getting Personal) and Robin Byrd (Her Name Was Lisa). Each film has been newly restored in 2K from their original negatives and includes a vibrant, no-holds-barred audio commentary with director Bill Lustig alongside the acclaimed contemporary auteur filmmaker Nicolas Winding Refn (Drive, The Neon Demon).

Reviews

Excellent William Lustig double feature

"Two fun early flicks, both directed by B-movie king William Lustig. My personal favorite out of the two is "Hot Honey" starring Jamie Gillis, Serena and Robin Byrd since the sex is a little hotter in my opinion. Both titles are solid, however. Highly recommended!"

Bill Lustig goes hardcore

"I love this double feature so was more than happy to upgrade my distribpix dvd. I wish Bill Lustig had done more adult films but glad we have these. Gorgeous slipcover too with the original artwork"

Kelly G. (5/5)

Twin Bill of forgotton classics shot by William Lustig

"Before Director William Lustig went mainstream he shot these two forgotten adult classics. Serena and Sharon Mitchell are captured here in the early phase of their careers and they look fantastic. Two great flicks which were deserved of VS's restoration treatment! Nice commentary tracks for each flick. If you ever saw these years ago on videotape - prepare for a true eye opening and enjoyable upgrade!"

Bill Lustig

"Nice to see some early adult work from Horror directors. Claudia was a descent movie."

The Violation of Claudia and Hot Honey

"The restoration of these films looks incredible. Needed this to complete my Peekarama collection. Love the Peekarama double feature artwork. Especially on this release."

Ant D. (5/5)

Interesting

"Fun little twist at the end of Violation that I really didn't see coming (pardon the pun). Hot Honey takes on the slightly twisted familial relationship that seemed to be a mainstay of the era. Nice that the director isn't ashamed of their pre-mainstream career and a surprise to get the brains behind the recent BBC's The Famous Five films doing a commentary."

Nicholas W. (5/5)

Violation of Claudia

"Gorgeous slipcover and terrific transfer. Worth every penny."

Anthony W. (4/5)

Lustig and Lust

"NYC cult/genre royalty, neat to see Bill Lutsig's take on XXX filmmaking at the time! Both fit right in with the other titles from his early work, and any fans of grimy flicks from the 'glory' days of the Big Apple will want to grab one from the website when they can, especially to enjoy how great both titles look thanks to the restoration that was done"

William Z. (5/5)

Lustig Double Feature

"Hot Honey was ok, but I much preferred The Violation of Claudia. Mitchell and Gillis are always good and thought the twist at the end was great. Enjoyed the commentary tracks."

Matthew M. (4/5)

Men of culture. . . we meet again!

"Excellent packaging by VS. Transfer is great. Typical movie from the 70s."
