But when two competing fried chicken giants decide to join forces to put the pizza girls out of business, it's up to the girls and their boss (John Holmes) to save the day and survive the mysterious chicken rapist! "Picked this up during the recent sale and you can really see why it's so loved. Breezy, sunny California vibes aplenty. Desiree Cousteau is at peak lusciousness here, and the rest of the Country Girl Pizza gals are easy on the eye, too. With Candida Royalle looking especially fetching. Aside from the trailer, the only extra is an interview with the producer, Damon Christian. But boy what an interview!! And that theme song won't leave your head for days!"
"This is a really fun film! I actually already owned the Blu-ray triple feature - but snagged the DVD on sale for $5 when I found out there was an interview with the producer on it. Worth the $5 for the interview alone!"

"I'm not the biggest Desiree Cousteau fan. . . she coasted on personality more than any acting chops most of the time. . . but that dippy charm is the main appeal of this otherwise unremarkable, yet apparently very popular, late 70's entry. Her scene with "Inspector" John Seeman is a highlight, both playing their own variation of daffy to endearing effect. Most of the rest of the movie is disposable, by the numbers stuff. It's also one of the less stellar 2K upgrades I've seen, so the source material must not be that great. But for $5, who really can complain?"

"So again DVD v Blu-ray review. Picture quality is virtually identical between the two along with the sound. The DVD is miles ahead of the VHS versions I've seen with a great restoration resulting in an impressively sharp, natural looking picture on either format. As for the movie itself it's still one of my favourites ever adult movies from an era when these movies were interesting unlike today's stuff."
