From nudies to roughies to ultra weird regional curiosities, the sexploitation world welcomed any filmmaker working in any genre, so long as the limits of nudity and sex on screen were pushed as far as they could go - but never all the way. DISTRIBPIX, one of the legendary names in the genre (and whose extensive library will be the backbone of this line), will offer single, double, and even triple feature Blu-rays highlighting works from every corner and crevice of softcore smut, from the dawn of nudie cuties to the all-but-hard 70s, with plentiful lost and never on disc films along the way.
Few filmmakers were more closely associated with the darkest, grimiest, and most shocking side of 1960s sexploitation than notorious auteur Michael Findlay (The Ultimate Degenerate), and no films better personify his uniquely twisted approach to the genre than the infamous "Flesh" trilogy.
In the first entry in the trilogy, THE TOUCH OF HER FLESH, Findlay himself stars as Richard Jennings; happily married to the beautiful Claudia (Angelique Pettyjohn). Richard leaves for a business trip only to return and discover Claudia in bed with her lover! Panic stricken, Richard staggers to the street and is hit by a car, losing an eye and gaining a limp as a result. Scorned and vengeful, Richard adopts a new identity and begins a murderous rampage against all women he deems "immoral."
In THE CURSE OF HER FLESH, the middle entry of the trilogy, Findlay returns as the bloodthirsty and eye-patched Richard Jennings. Continuing his quest to rid the world of sex-crazed females, Richard ups the ante - and bodycount, devising an array of increasingly gruesome methods of dispatching his victims all while planning the ultimate revenge against his wife's lover, Steve.
In the final installment of the trilogy, THE KISS OF HER FLESH, Richard has lost what little sanity he had left, instead putting all emphasis on seeking out and brutally slaying any and every woman who crosses his path. However, this time he might have met his match as his deceased wife's sister, Maria (Uta Erikson), is hellbent on putting an end to Richard's orgiastic rampage...
All three of these perverted classics of underground sleaze have been newly restored in 2K from their uncensored 35mm camera negatives and are making their world Blu-ray debut from Distribpix Inc. and Something Weird!

Reviews
A trio of Findlay madness
"Again, Distribpix delivers quality : the restoration looks great, the slipcover is beautiful. As for the films, they are crazy concoctions of serial killer madness and violence mixed with the grime of '60s sexploitation. Some of the murders are quite outrageous in their outlandishness."
— Tim V. (5/5)
I need to own every Something Weird release
"I am absolutely LOVING every single of these releases. Only need a few more and I own them all!"

Flesh
"Great slipcover and case. I got this because how out there Roberta Findley is and wanted to see her husbands work. Great looking restoration. Even though I like the art student quality of these sexploitation films from the 60s, it's sort of dull at times. Overall, it's okay."
— Michael P. (3/5)
A Descent into Grindhouse Obsession
"Michael Findlay’s Flesh Trilogy remains a raw artifact of late 1960s underground cinema, driven by voyeuristic energy and a grim fascination with violence and desire. Across The Touch of Her Flesh, The Curse of Her Flesh, and The Kiss of Her Flesh, Findlay crafts a feverish spiral of revenge and psychosexual mania. The films are rough, abrasive, and unapologetically confrontational, yet they hold a strange power as snapshots of a fringe filmmaking era where shock ruled and boundaries barely existed. This trilogy is not polished or subtle, but it is undeniably memorable for viewers drawn to the darker corners of exploitation history."
— Jimmy W. (5/5)
Nice trilogy
"Great release, bravo."

Still Cool and Sleazy
"I got this on DVD years ago and now it's on Blu Ray this not for those who don't care for the sleaze because this is Michael Findlay at his sleaziest it's his Flesh Trilogy. If you like this stuff like me Get It."

Trilogy of Good Times
"Going in, I wasn't sure what to expect visually from something this old and this rough around the edges, but the restoration work here genuinely surprised me. These films look better than they have any right to. Findlay's "Flesh" trilogy is exactly what it is — raw, grimy, of its time — but presented with enough care that you can actually appreciate what's there. Worth it for any fan of the era. This is my third Distribpix slipbox and it looks just as good on the shelf as the first two. I'm already dangerously close to just committing to collecting the whole line — that's how sharp these look together. VS packed everything the way they always do on big orders: heavy cardboard, bubble wrap, bundles wrapped in bubble wrap bags. Every limited slipcover and slipcase arrived perfect, which is exactly what I need when that's the whole reason I'm ordering in the first place. Never had a complaint."

A Gritty and Historic Exploitation Trilogy
"Michael Findlay’s “Flesh” Trilogy is a fascinating and important release for anyone interested in the early days of underground and exploitation cinema. These films are raw, confrontational, and very much a product of their time, offering a look at how independent filmmakers pushed boundaries long before the genre became more polished. The extras add real value to the set. They provide context about the production, the filmmakers, and the cultural moment these movies came from. For material like this, that background really enhances the viewing experience. The artwork is striking and fits the tone of the films well. It captures the gritty, rebellious spirit of the trilogy while still looking sharp and collectible on the shelf. The slipcover is well-made and sturdy, giving the set a premium feel while protecting the packaging. It’s clearly designed with collectors in mind. Overall, this is a thoughtfully assembled release that preserves a controversial but historically significant set of films with strong presentation and worthwhile extras."
