"I missed out on the red sleeve version of this tee so I was happy it was released with 3/4 black sleeves. The graphics look great and the t-shirt is extremely comfortable. I hope more of these 3/4 sleeves tees are in the works. VS and Melusine tees are top quality and I get lots of positive compliments on my growing collection."

"The raglan sleeve is the correct garment for this particular reference, and the correctness is not accidental. Its associations are athletic, collegiate, faintly nostalgic — the tour shirt, the intramural jersey — and draping a 1978 Bob Chinn artifact across that silhouette produces exactly the frisson the design intends. The joke depends on the cut. A standard crew would flatten it. The execution honors the source. Red-orange line work on natural white body, black three-quarter sleeves, artwork lifted from a one-sheet vocabulary that assumed it would be seen at forty feet and from a moving car. It survives the reduction. The tagline is deployed with admirable restraint, positioned beneath rather than shouted across the chest, which is the difference between wit and a novelty item. The body is soft without being flimsy and the sleeve break falls where it should. Print registration is clean, no ghosting along the type. A shirt that assumes the wearer knows what it refers to and declines to explain. That is the only acceptable posture for merchandise of this kind. Five stars."
