The biggest stars, best directors, and highest production values; that is a QUALITY X film. These deluxe Blu-ray editions of some of the genre's masterpieces, along with plenty of hidden gems, offer beautiful restorations and plentiful bonus features, all presented in homage to its namesake of esteemed New York film distributor, Mature Pictures, the company which almost single handedly raised the bar for outstanding sex films, and whose films will be included in this fittingly elegant collection.
Abbey’s husband Harlan is overworked and undersexed, wholly concerned with bills and the money coming in. But while Harlan toils away, Abbey knows just the cure for her housewife’s blues -- as does her posh best friend Barbara whose own husband Victor is lusting after his fellow attorney Diedre. Meanwhile, Cassie’s life as a high fashion model masks her secret profession as a hooker, whose newest client happens to be Harlan. Spurning Victor, Diedre decides to take a chance with hotshot artist Eddie, while Victor finds a willing partner in shy secretary Felicia. When everyone’s secrets begin to unravel, will these outlaw ladies stay on top?
Among the first hardcore features directed by the legendary Ron Sullivan (Babylon Pink, Getting Personal), OUTLAW LADIES relies on one of his favorite devices -- an interwoven, character-driven, day-in-the-life comedy. Sullivan (as Henri Pachard), working from his own screenplay, crafts a clever, funny, and scorching story of women whose insatiable libidos are outshined only by their wit and cunning. Boasting a hot original title theme, the film features an extraordinary cast of talent from both the East and West coasts, including Veronica Hart (Roommates), Juliet Anderson (Taboo), Samantha Fox (Her Name Was Lisa), Marlene Willoughby (Sunny), John Leslie (SexWorld), Richard Bolla (Scoundrels), and Bobby Astyr (Corruption). Quality X is proud to bring this unheralded treasure of early 80s eroticism to Blu-ray, newly restored in 4K from its 35mm camera negative and featuring a new audio commentary with its cinematographer, Larry Revene.

That theme tune!
"This has one of the catchiest theme tunes I've heard in an adult movie and better yet, you get little music stings popping up throughout! It's well lit and superbly shot, with the women all looking gorgeous (the guys probably look okay too, if that's your thing). The script is solid, the storyline interesting and the adult material itself is hot - this movie is class. The only minor point I'd mark it down for is having absolutely no extras at all (there's a decent little video on Youtube about it, so there's definitely stuff to be said about it). Highly recommended!"

Glamorous, gloriously weird, and surprisingly subversive
"Henri Pachard gives us a world where women own their desires and the men are largely along for the ride. There's a playful, almost Buñuelian streak of sexual absurdity beneath all that fabulous '80s decor, with Veronica Hart bringing real personality to the proceedings. The catchy theme song is just the cherry on top."

Marlene, Merle, and...Wilma?
"Been looking forward to this one for a while and if it's not as great as I remember it, it's still way above average adult with a stellar cast and an interesting mix of the sophisticated and seedy as these New York women call the shots in their extracurricular sex lives. Marlene Willoughby, as usual, is a hoot...in fact, her constant cries of "Wilma?" in the early scenes is what I remember most from seeing it in the 80s. Merle Michaels is also notable and kind of touching, as the more innocent Felicia, who comes into her own by film's end."

Solid
"This one doesn’t have much going on in terms of plot, but there are some amazing scenes throughout. Plus the cast is amazing."
