After virginal teenybopper Joy is assaulted by a trio of burglars, she finds herself in an unexpected predicament: she wants more! Unsatisfied by her prudish and inexperienced boyfriend, Joy sets out across Manhattan to seduce any and every man she can find, while unwittingly setting into motion a wave of female sexual liberation that sends the entire city of New York into an orgiastic frenzy. With pleasure way up and crime way down, everyone is happy, except of course for the NYPD and stuck up Lt. Handcock, who becomes increasingly concerned that all of the carefree sex going on will put him out of a job…
